Commercial Construction Advocates or CCA is a project management firm serving New York City and vicinity. We are an independent consulting organization focusing completely on the commercial real estate and construction requirements of our clients.

Our roots can be traced back thirty years through a former project management firm;

Facilities Solutions Inc. (FSI). It was there that Len Eagle and his partner established themselves as premier client advocates servicing many diverse clients within the financial, legal, corporate, not-for-profit and educational sectors. Over the years we have expanded to include expertise in building infrastructure and landlord support.

​We believe that although creating the proper commercial space is essential, saving time and money must be paramount throughout the entire process.

​During the past three decades, CCA has been responsible for managing numerous major projects for clients both locally and nationally. Understanding that each project is totally unique, CCA is able to use their expertise in team building to assist their clients in assembling a group of professionals best suited to bringing their vision to life. Through concise schedule & budget creation, and design & construction oversight, CCA is able to assure that this is accomplished without undue costs to their clients.
