Len began his career over thirty years ago within the corporate world. While the project management industry was still in its infancy, he felt that there was a growing need for experienced supervision to assist clients through the rocky process of site selection, construction & relocation. Eventually he was invited to practice project management directly within the real estate market.
A few of Len’s many accomplishments include a 200,000 SF office buid-out for AXA Financial at 1290 Avenue of the Americas; planning, construction & complete infrastructure upgrade of a 100,000 SF building for Bowery Residents Committee at 27 West 25th Street & numerous medical facilities in NY & NJ.

Justin’s expert experience Includes, but not limited to, budget & schedule development, design & construction team building, consulting, contractor & vendor contract negotiations, project coordination, design & construction oversight, and relocation management.
A few of Justin’s many accomplishments include 150,000+ SF for Western Union, 52,000 SF of office space for Holy Name Medical Center and 20,000+ SF of office space for CoWorx Staffing.
